Paris, August 27, 2024 - Agendize, the French online appointment scheduling and customer engagement solution, announces that it has raised €3.58 million from Entrepreneur Invest, one of France's leading private equity firms. The aim of the operation is to structure the software publisher's commercial development.
Founded in 2003 by Alexandre Rambaud, Agendize publishes appointment scheduling and diary management software for companies. On the strength of profitable growth and a proud 96% customer satisfaction rating, Agendize's solution is now used by over 50 major accounts and ETIs in France and Europe, across all sectors, in both the public and private sectors, including EdF, Allianz and Agirc- Arrco.
With Entrepreneur Invest, Agendize has raised 3.58 million euros to finance and support strong growth, reaching 10 million euros in recurring revenues (ARR) within 3 years. Through this transaction, Entrepreneur Invest, a French private equity fund dedicated to growth companies, confirms its commitment to Agendize with this reinvestment.
With this operation, Agendize aims not only to strengthen its sales and marketing team led by Ouriel Sultan, but also its governance. David Williamson (CEO of EfficientIP from 2009 to 2021) and Thierry Aubert (CPO of Skeepers) join Agendize's supervisory board to drive these objectives.
